1. 3D FDM打印机(大幅面增材制造)
材料: PLA, EP, PA(含碳纤维),PETG, ABS Medical, ABS HI
主要应用于铸造模具,原型零部件,工具等。
2. 扫描仪
将扫描仪与跟踪器结合在一起,能够对任何体积事物进行数字化,而无需与其表面进行物理接触。将制造出来的模型与原始的3D模型进行比较,得到一张彩色地图,便可以观察现实和3D模型之间是否有差异,并用颜色编码表示差异的大小。还可以对零件进行逆向工程,从物理零件中获得3D CAD,且整个过程十分迅速。

A Spanish company founded in 1956, dedicated to producing pattern molds for casting work, as well as special design components of any size. Currently, we also provide Large Format Additive Manufacturing (LFAM) services. Our products cover the entire industrial field: propellers, machinery, valves, pumps, machine tools, molds, compressors, reducers, and other industrial components of any type. We widely serve the international market and have customers in Spain, France, Germany, Portugal, the Netherlands, the United States, and more.
The enterprise covers an area of 3000 square meters and has complete equipment construction. It uses advanced CAD/CAM 3D programs to conduct detailed research on all parts of a part and generate necessary programs for automated CNC milling machines, ensuring the accuracy requirements of each part production. 2. Scanner
By combining a scanner with a tracker, it is possible to digitize anything of any volume without the need for physical contact with its surface. By comparing the manufactured model with the original 3D model, a color map can be obtained to observe whether there are differences between the real and 3D models, and the size of the differences can be represented by color coding. It is also possible to perform reverse engineering on parts, obtaining 3D CAD from physical parts, and the entire process is very fast.
